Job Description:
As part of the learnership, actors will engage in both theoretical literacy and practical plant conditioning, which may include but aren’t limited to Performing general executive tasks similar as form, record- keeping, and data capturing. Needed to attend theoretical sessions 1 day a week for the duration of the learnership or as when needed aiding with document medication, including reports, donations, and spread-sheets. Managing communication via emails, telephone calls, and in- person relations.
Furnishing client service and support to internal and external stakeholders The contestant is anticipated to be a one- stop call resolution hand by answering incoming calls and resolving queries entered from Tracker guests according to the applicable bribe and company norms. Contribute towards maintaining a departmental Abandonment Rate and Service Level according to the company norms. Accurate capturing of data and updating of customer information while speaking with the customer. Insure that client Service norms are maintained in a largely pressurized terrain. Follow up on customer’s outstanding queries.
Accurate record keeping of statistics as per quested guidelines. Effective application of the post call service standing system Capability to interpret the fiscal system and help guests with introductory fiscal and legal queries. Contribute to effective retentions of guests through excellent query resolution. Show forbearance and tolerance in understanding client complaints, and capability to appreciatively reversal the call. Post installation testing and unit affiliated examinations. First line specialized support for Tracker units.
Adherence to schedules as determined on the Telephony system. Icing that electronic communication entered within the client Service Division is handled efficiently in line with SLA’s and norms. help with any other tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor as the need arise to insure exceptional and effective service within the client Service division.
Minimal Conditions:
- South African citizen with a valid ID,
- progressed 18- 35 with no felonious record
- Matric with level 4/ D symbol in English language and level 3/ E symbol in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Presently jobless and not studying
- Basic computer knowledge ( MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good communication chops ( verbal and spoken). Capability to work in a structured and professional terrain.
- A positive station, amenability to learn, and strong work heritage
- A passion for client service and a professional station at all times.
- The capability to manage with a constant changing and pressurised terrain.
- The capability to work in an terrain where multi-skilling is needed.
- The contestant should have excellent interpersonal chops and the capability to pay attention to details.
