Our Johannesburg office grounded in Melrose Arch serves as the company s Functional mecca for the Southern African Operations which include Global Services, Technology and Enterprise Resource Planning Support brigades.
About the part
- This part is a fixed term contract position.
- As a Graduate, you’ll be responsible to insure the timely and accurate processing and prosecution of the Global Business Services( GBS) compass of services, while contributing to nonstop enhancement within the platoon.
Other crucial liabilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Insure alignment with and compliance to internal controls including South32 Charter and Code of Business Conduct, agreements, systems, norms and procedures
- Examiner allocated compass of work to insure that data is regularly and reliably captured for reporting purposes
- Drive enterprise to ameliorate the overall performance of the sub-function by optimising the utilisation of being processes, practices and system in collaboration with the platoon
- Produce, maintain and assay applicable reports on an functional and operation position while icing that original operating procedures as well as crucial Performance pointers where needed are also maintained
- Transactional Processing as well as Query operation and resolution as outlined in the Service Level Agreements
- Develop probative connections with platoon members, and demonstrate and promote functional discipline when executing day- to- day conditioning
- Help with timely distribution of process work and reconsidering of precedences where needed
- Identify and Recommend enhancement enterprise in being processes, practices and systems
- Produce and maintain original operating procedure attestation.
About you
You’ll have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency
- Strong communication chops.
Qualifications for this part are:
- Degree/ B.Tech/ National Diploma( e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration)
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite( Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
