Qualifications
- Grade 12 (with Mathematics and Science)

- Aspirants must be willing to be trained during shifts

Training Period
- Duration of twenty- four( 24) months
Remuneration And Conditions
- Remuneration will be grounded on a yearly pay-check during the allocated training period according to Company remuneration practices.
- The Learner will be appointed on a fixed term contract for the duration of the training programme.
- It should be easily noted that Assmang Limited will be under NO obligation whatsoever to employ the Learner upon completion of their training with the Company.
- The successful seeker will be appointed as a Learnership subject to being certified medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996 and meeting the conditions of the Company’s law of Practice — minimal norms of fitness to perform work at a Mine.
- The named campaigners will also suffer a Dover assessment as supposed necessary by the Company and as per Regulator conditions.

- Successful campaigners will be responsible for their own accommodation and transport to and from their place of work.
