Crucial Purpose of the part:
This Learnership leads to a nationally recognised FETC Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification; which consists of structured literacy factors combined with practical/ plant experience in the Financial Services assiduity.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to call centre medical aid customer servicing, claims, new business and health benefits administration particular Attributes and Chops Innovative/ critical thinking and problem working chops good attention to detail and situations of delicacy Sets high norms for quality and volume and works in a methodical , regular and orderly manner.
Time operation and planning chops Capability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure terrain Capability to work singly and in a platoon orientated terrain Service driven, a sense of urgency and a platoon player. Adapts to changing circumstances and handles review well and learns from it.

- Grade 12 is essential.
- Maths( Minimum Level 4 – 50) English( Minimum Level 4 – 50) calculi knowledge( minimal position 5- 60) 2nd language( minimal position 4 – 50)
- May have an deficient tertiary qualification( advantage)
Specific Conditions
- Not be engaged in post Matric studies or formal employment;
- Not have completed any former Learnership.
- Be between the periods of 18 and 25 times
- Have effective communication chops in the written & verbal English language
- Retain introductory computer chops substantially MS Excel & MS Outlook
