About the Learnership Programme:
Sanlam Corporate offers a unique occasion for youthful, enthusiastic and energetic persons from the designated groups to gain practical working experience in a commercial terrain and gain a national qualification. Our learnership forms part of our youthful gift strategy and directly channels into our YEP( Youth Empowerment Programme) to produce a gift channel in our business. On completion of the learnership, successful and high performing learners are retained permanently for inferior position places through a focused development trip.
The YEP Learnership offers:
- A 12- month contract
- A yearly allowance and fiscal backing for study purposes
- A public qualification( Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF position 4)
- On the job training and assessment nonstop coaching and mentoring
- A portfolio of working and learning substantiation
What will you do?
- Acquire knowledge of company products, services and functional processes and systems
- Attend classroom- grounded assignments
- Complete practical onsite training
- Assemble a Portfolio of substantiation to submit to InSeta
- Fill out logbooks for plant- grounded literacy
- Pass and complete the required position in constructive and summative assessments
- Carry out tasks and duties as contracted with your director
Minimal Conditions
- Must be a South African citizen
- Mustn’t presently be employed
- Mustn’t hold a tertiary qualification
- Must be progressed between 18 and 35 times
- Must have passed Grade 12 Mathematics/ Mathematics knowledge/ Account and English with a minimal mark of 50 each
- Must have a good command of English( read, write and speak easily)
- Be willing to commit to complete the 12- month Programme, which includes a full qualification, a Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF Level 4
- Have a clear miscreant and credit record
- Have access to dependable transport
