Launch Date: October 1, 2025
Contract Duration: 1 time (Oct 2025 – Sept 2026)
Work Format: Full time (40 hrs. / Week), onsite 5 days per week

What we’re looking for?
- Valid Passport( valid through Sept 2026)
- Fluent in English
- Open to travel – regionally and encyclopaedically
- Proficiency in MS Office/ O365
- Strong communication, action, cooperation, and donation chops
- Externship completed( 1 to 2 times of experience)

What you’ll Work On:
- Learn the sways and outs of Caterpillar’s business, guests and results break real business challenges and drive real- world systems unite with experts across product support, strategy, digital, marketing, and deals Work on strategic assessments that drive invention and growth figure confidence, clarity and credibility in a probative global platoon
What you have:
- Client Focus Knowledge of the values and practices that align client requirements and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business opinions and capability to work that information in creating tailored client results.
- Effective Dispatches Understanding of effective communication generalities, tools and ways; capability to effectively transmit, admit, and directly interpret ideas, information, and needs through the operation of applicable communication actions.
- Problem working Knowledge of approaches, tools, ways for feting , anticipating, and resolving organizational, functional or process problems; capability to apply knowledge of problem working meetly to different situations.
- Relationship Management Knowledge of relationship operation ways; capability to establish and maintain healthy working connections with guests, merchandisers, and peers.
