Job Title: Employee Engagement Intern

Role Purpose

The Employee Engagement fellow is responsible for coordinating and executing hand engagement enterprise, internal communication juggernauts, and events that enhance the overall hand experience. The part provides essential executive and functional support to the Employee Engagement platoon, icing effective communication, event planning, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Conditions:

  • A Parchment or Bachelor’s degree in Dispatches would be ideal
  • Two times applicable experience as it pertains to the affair of the part.
  • It would be an advantage to have experience in copywriting on colorful platforms.
  • It would be an advantage if the person has a passion for design and can do introductory design on design tools like Adobe.
  • Know how to work the full Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).

Duties & liabilities

  • Internal Communication give executive support across all internal communication insure that welcome mailer content is collated on time for the yearly insure that the vacancy mailer content is collated, correct and that all click throughs.
  • Examiner and manage all internal communication mailboxes across all planning insure that all bus responses are deleted and that undelivered matters are managed. Insure that RSVPs entered through these are reckoned for or any responses to emails transferred out are responded to with oversight from the Manager Employee Engagement. Where there are undelivered matters understand why and insure that any problems are fixed.
  • Distribute communication to the applicable followership from the correct mailbox formerly inked off and manage responses to the mailbox as over.
  • Manage Quest, Momentum Investments and Singular spots and upload any communication needed. All applicable information must be managed on point with information handed by the Employee Engagement platoon.
  • Responsible for keeping databases and colorful platforms and channels help the Employee Engagement platoon with the delivery of internal communication plans and insure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
  • Help with print and online copywriting when needed.
  • Proofing and editing of dupe for colorful mediums ( web, dispatch, print, social).
  • Help by sourcing, collating, and developing original news stories blog posts, background information, images, quotations, multimedia plates, event reporting andother content, reserving interviews, running competitions, prize allocation and suggesting engagement
  • Support the Employee Engagement platoon with overrun on design, printing of collateral
  • Give support with jotting across
  • Give support on hand activations and juggernauts, including at point Detail tasks will be allocated to this part as part of activations and juggernauts.
  • Insure quality assurance and blessing of all communication
  • Contribute to maintaining all internal dispatches templates, information, and distribution lists.
  • Insure that set timelines are met with respects to regular and planned communication
  • Liaise with HC platoon to insure that information in attained timeously and is
  • Induce all personalised CEO welcome
  • Induce personalised GRITx instruments and insure that these are transferred to the winners after adverts.
  • Help with idea generation, relating and enforcing tactics to maintain or increase engagement with stakeholders through colorful communication platforms and
  • Schedule, source, collate and prepare leadership quotations for well- being juggernauts.

2. Events

  • Manage all event coordination across the Momentum Investments portfolio:
  • Venue bookings as back up to Executive PA to Executive HC.
  • Service provider liaison where required: quotes, logistics, sourcing, and research.
  • RSVP monitoring.
  • Catering orders and confirmations as back up to PA to Executive HC.
  • Post event evaluations.
  • Branding arrangements.
  • On-site support.
  • Prepare internal marketing materials including agendas, name tags, registration forms, running orders, presentations, Work closely with the Employee Engagement team on the execution and oversight of these.
  • Assist with the research, plan, logistics, communication, and execution of of events.
  • Participate in ideating, conceptualising, planning, coordinating, and implementing internal events and activities (such as assigned conferences, wellness events, businesssummits and webinars).
  • Assist with booking venues, catering, vendors as back up to the Executive Assistant.
  • Ensure the performance of each event is measure through surveys that is created by the Manager: Employee Engagement.
  • Work with the Executive Assistant to engage with providers required to execute on events.
  • Run with webinar support to ensure that webinars run smoothly. Liaising with partners (internally and externally) to manage this process. It includes dry runs, managing flow of event, ensure that holding slides are in order and that relevant reporting is obtained from attendance.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Form strong connections with crucial stakeholders to the Employee Engagement
  • Foster strong connections with internal and external mates used for internal communication and events.
  • Unite with the HC platoon members regularly to insure a close cooperation with the
  • Employee Engagement platoon and also being part of the bigger HC platoon.

4. General Support

  • Be on site for all activations or actions.
  • Provide activation support like placing of posters, desk drops, collection and delivery of material or gifts.
  • Manage competitions – acknowledge entries, sourcing and ordering prizes, distribution of prizes, collection and printing of campaign collateral.
  • Owner of the HC calendar which includes all HC interventions and initiatives not just the Employee Engagement initiatives (it includes all events).
  • Support on video and photography
  • Manage monthly photoshoots, bookings and Keep track of bookings and ensure regular reminders are sent out for employees to attend their slots.
  • Manage video clips, photos and other Ensure that all media is downloaded to the communication folder. Edit clips and set parameters for distribution. Upload all impages to the communication folder and create gallaries on ShrePoint. the photo inventory and ensure that all pictures are correctly captured with the correct employee name.
  • Identify/recommend events/ activities that will improve staff engagement and wellness.

5. Reporting

  • SharePoint business( including Singular, Hunt, and MI point views).
  • MS Aqueducts business
  • CLA system
  • QBR data collection and draft of Exco hand engagement reporting as demanded and Ad hoc reporting as Report on charges per action and insure coordinated view of overall costs in line with capabilities
  • Capability to work well under pressure, with different brigades and manage multiple deadlines at the same time.
