About the Learnership

This learnership offers graduates a unique chance to develop essential banking and customer service skills in a dynamic call center environment (Voice Branch). The programme includes a Certificate in Banking (NQF Level 5), which is FAIS accredited and designed to equip you with practical and theoretical knowledge of the financial industry.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Be a South African Citizen
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 30
  • Have completed an undergraduate qualification
  • Be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Be computer literate
  • Be unemployed and not studying
  • Not currently registered on any other internship or learnership
  • Have a maximum of 6 months work experience
