Purpose of the job
To provide learnership opportunity for a learner with interests and aspirations in the SHERQ function. This programme aims to develop and produce a competent SHERQ professional who will contribute and support the NCP Cato legal/statutory compliance, risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Key performance area
- Attend theoretical and practical learning components within the SHERQ function.
- Complete logbooks and summative assessments.
- Carry out all workplace experience activities aligned to safety, health, environmental, risk, and quality requirements within the NCP Chlorchem environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail.
- Planning and organising skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
- No experience is required.
Qualifications:
- Matric with Mathematics & Sciences
Personal Circumstances:
- Must be able to obtain a satisfactory medical report from the companies’ medical centre.
