The Mvula Trust is currently appointed on the Department of Basic Education’s SAFE programmes as part of our human capital development strategy, we are offering Work Integrated Learning opportunities to students in the Built-Environment at our branches in the Eastern Cape, Limpopo and KZN. This strategy seeks to address skills shortages in our communities and is in support of our overall Training and Development strategy. Youth between the ages of 18 and 35, as well as young people with disability and women, are eligible and encouraged to apply for this enriching experience. Candidates who are selected for placement, will have an opportunity to receive training on various skills that will equip them for future employment opportunities.
Preference will be given to Unemployed Youths currently residing in the Eastern Cape, Limpopo and KZN areas.
Key Performance Areas
Work Integrated Learning Opportunity
All successful candidates will be placed in schools for 6 months in the following disciplines:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management
- Quantity Surveying
- Project Management
- OHS
Qualifications & Experience
- Have a qualification and currently be unemployed.
- Require In Service Training
- A monthly Allowance will be provided on the Programme
