- Literacy and the necessary skills in communication, reading, writing and mathematics are essential
- Sound communication and language skills in English
- Must be a South African citizen (Valid ID should be provided)
- No criminal record
- Must be unemployed
- Age between 18 – 35 years
- Must not have completed the same learnership at another company
- Excellent health
- Team player
- Eager to learn new skills
- The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurized environment
