The Railway Safety Regulator (RSR) has announced an exciting 24-month internship programme aimed at providing unemployed South African graduates with valuable work experience. The programme is set to run from 2025 to 2027 at RSR’s Head Office in Midrand, Waterfall.
This opportunity is open to graduates from institutions of higher learning who have completed their studies but have not yet entered the professional world in their respective fields.

National Diploma or Degree in:

- Industrial Psychology,
- or related field.
Information and Communication Technology Interns
National Diploma or Degree in:
- Information Technology,
- Computer Science
- or related field
Media and Communications Interns
National Diploma or Degree in:
- Communications,
- Graphic Design
- or related field
Financial Accounting Interns
National Diploma or Degree in:
- Accounting,
- Finance
- or a related field
Supply Chain Management Interns
National Diploma or Degree in:
- Logistics,
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement
Legal Services Interns
- Applicants must have a LLB Degree or Bachelor of Laws
Company Secretary Interns
- Applicants must have a LLB Degree or Bachelor of Laws
Internal Audit Interns
- National Diploma or Degree in: Internal Auditing or a related field
Risk Management Interns
National Diploma or Degree in:
- Risk Management,
- Business Management
- or a related field.
Operations Interns
- National Diploma or Degree in: Economics or a related field.
Selection Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must not have previously participated in an internship programme at any public or private institution.
