In our ongoing commitment to combat youth unemployment, Volkswagen Group Africa is excited to extend the Youth Employment Service (YES) South Africa Programme in 2025. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join us in making a positive impact on their career journeys.
Programme Details:
- Workplace Readiness Programme: March 2025
- YES Programme Deployment: 2 June 2025
- Placement:
- Eastern Cape: Kwalobhrhle Youth Centre, Karina
- Gauteng: Afrika Tikkun Services Centre, Randburg

Participants will acquire essential skills and real-world experience to help them stand out in the competitive job market. By engaging in this programme, candidates will enhance their capabilities and position themselves for future opportunities within the Volkswagen Group Africa.
Key Information:
- Acceptance into the programme is not guaranteed, so eager candidates are encouraged to apply promptly.
- Applications must be submitted via the SA Youth platform to be considered.
Qualifying Criteria:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be black, coloured, Indian, or Asian
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34 years
- Hold a valid South African ID document
- Have at least a Grade 12 qualification
- Currently be unemployed
- Not be studying full-time
- Have not been permanently employed with a single employer for more than one year
- Not have participated in the YES Programme before
- Show eagerness for a work opportunity
