Necsa Group, through Neese Learning Academy, is contributing toward skills development by offering a 24 months WIL Programme for qualifying students to ga2 skills, knowledge and experience.

Applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate Programme will not be
considered and if it is found that this was the case after appointment, the contract will be
terminated with immediate effect.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Good interpersonal skills, professionalism and integrity, ability to
work under pressure, and deadline-driven. Successful candidates must be analytical and have
high attention to detail. Ambitious and willing to learn.
