Position Overview:
Eskom’s National Transmission Company South Africa (NTCSA) is seeking an Engineer in Training to join the team at Simmerpan, Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in electrical engineering. The Engineer in Training position is designed to provide 2 years of on-the-job training, fostering growth and skill development within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in a 2-year on-the-job training program.
• Gain technical and practical knowledge in electrical engineering under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Develop and enhance skills necessary for working within Eskom’s Central Grid.
• Engage in hands-on work to understand electrical concepts and their application in a large-scale transmission network.
• Participate in tasks that enhance your understanding of safety protocols and technical standards.
Minimum Requirements:
• A completed BEng/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
• South African citizenship is required.
