Route Management invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.

Externship Placement: Cape Town, Germiston (Gauteng) and Bloemfontein
The Route Management Internship Programme provides non-graduates between the ages of 18 and 22 with the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a variety of career fields. Our interns follow a rotation program that allows them to spend time working in and observing different business functions.
Departments may vary from group to group and/or city to city, but typically includes the following functions:
- Administration.
- Human Resources.
- Finances.
- Debtors and Creditors.
- Imports and Exports.
- Health and Safety.
- General business support functions.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate (Current Grade 12 learners are however encouraged to apply with their latest Grade 12 results for the following year)
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 22.
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships, and work in a team.
- Sound communication and language skills.
- Strong numerical ability (Mathematics and Accounting will be advantageous).
