In line with the mission to ‘power sustainable communities’ Exxaro Grootegeluk Complex is currently offering Learnership opportunities that will target candidates who are interested in growing their careers within Engineering.

Operations Our Resources We have a diversified asset portfolio comprising interests primarily in coal, a growing renewable energy solutions business and equity-accounted investments in ferrous (iron ore) and zinc. We have plans to invest and diversify into manganese, bauxite and copper.

The Learnership programme consists of structured unit standard-based learning and practical and workplace experience. Preference will be given to local Employment Equity candidates in line with the BU EE Plan.
